Jack’s parents emigrated from County Donegal Ireland. Jack is a proud graduate of Cardinal Dougherty High School, a Trustee of AOH Division 65 Joseph E. Montgomery, Past President and 30 plus year member of the St. Patrick’s Day Observance Association and handles over 10,000 parade badge sales every year, one of our largest money makers. Jack was the longtime general manager of Williamson’s Restaurant on City Line Avenue and opened his own Irish restaurant, CJ McGee’s in Springfield Delaware County in 1992. Michael is also a 2007 Delaware Valley Irish Hall of Fame Inductee, 2007 March of Dimes Businessperson of the year, and a 2007-2008 Irish Immigration Center of Philadelphia People of the Year. Graduate, Board Member, and Alumni Fellow of Penn State University, Officer of AOH Div 65, Officer and Board member of various organizations and charities including the Irish Center, IHM Sisters, and Little Sisters of the Poor, and coaching Basketball, Soccer, and Baseball. Michael is married to Linda, and they have 2 sons, Mickey, and Colin, along with Vincent, Steven, Danielle and David. He has been the President of many organizations, but the Philadelphia St. Patrick’s Day Parade is his favorite Board, because many of the people on this Board and in this Parade, have become some of his closest friends !
