Time: 11a.m The following will be transacted at the meeting as ordinary business: 1 To receive the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March, 2013, together with the Report of the Directors, Auditors & Audit Committee thereon. 2 To declare a Dividend. 3 To elect Directors. 4 To approve the remuneration of Directors. 5 To authorise the Directors to fix the Auditors remuneration 6 To elect members of the Audit Committee. Proxy Any member of the Company entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is also entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her stead. A proxy need not be a member of the Company. A proxy form is enclosed herewith. A proxy form must be completed and deposited at the office of the Company's Registrar, First Registrars Limited, 2 Abebe Village Road, Iganmu Lagos not later than 48 hours before the time fixed for the meeting. Closure Of Register And Transfer Books The Register of Members and Transfer books will be closed from Monday, September 9, 2013 to Friday, September 13, 2013, both days inclusive for the purpose of updating the Register of Members. E-Dividend Notice is hereby given to all Shareholders to open bank accounts, stock broking accounts and CSCS accounts for the purpose of dividend.
