The card applicant must accept the e-signature Terms & Conditions and e-sign the PDF contract by entering the secret code sent to their e-mail address. 3. Keynectis, the Certification Service Provider issues the qualified certificate, creates the electronic proof (signature, time stamping and add it to the supporting docs) 4.
