The terms of reference of the District Level Monitoring Committees will be as given below: (I) to examine and make assessments of all hostels in the district as provided in the rules and report any shortcomings to Director of School Education; (2) report on the state, conditions and management of hostel facilities in the District; (3) report on the well-being of learners residing in hostels of the District; (4) conduct site visits to monitor the functionality of hostel facilities in the District and submit reports.
