SANTERI AIROLA POSITION: D SHOT: R HT: 5-11 WT: 163 AGE: 18 How Acquired: Round 7 (211th overall) 2019 Draft PITTSBURGH PENGUINS PITTSBURGH PENGUINS • Played the majority of the 2018-19 season with SaiPa U20, where he recorded 31 points (4G-27A) in 41 games. • His 27 assists during the 2018-19 season led SaiPa defensemen and tied for fifth most among defensemen in Jr. A SM-Liiga. • Made his Liiga debut with SaiPa at the age of 18, appearing in three games. • Skated in 41 games with Ketterä U20 during the 2017-18 season, where he notched 31 points (6G-25A). • His assist and point totals with Ketterä U20 led all defensemen in Jr. A Mestis during the 2017-18 season. JUDD CAULFIELD POSITION: RW SHOT: R HT: 6-4 WT: 205 AGE: 18 How Acquired: Round 5 (145th overall) 2019 Draft PITTSBURGH PENGUINS PITTSBURGH PENGUINS • Committed to play for his hometown University of North Dakota for the upcoming 2019-20 season. • Recorded 26 goals, 48 assists and 74 points in 123 career games with the United States National Team Development Program over the past two seasons. • Completed his second season in 2018-19 with the U.S. National Under-18 Team, appearing in all 64 games and notching 36 points (12G-24A). • Skated in seven games during the 2019 Under-18 World Championship, winning the bronze medal. • Participated in the World Under-17 Challenge, the Four Nations tournament and the Five Nations tournament with the NTDP Under-17 team during 2017-18. • Made his debut with the U.S. National Under-17 Team and recorded 38 points (14G-24A) in 59 games during the 2017-18 season. • Named All-State, All-Eastern Dakota Conference, and All-Tournament Team following his successful season during his sophomore year at Grand Forks Central High School.
