It is very important to think about how much the experience is going to cost and how much money you will have available. This allows you to better plan what experience you can afford and manage your money and ensure you have enough to last the entire time you are away! Check your Program Plan found in your Program Handbook to get a clear understanding of when things are scheduled to occur – when are your placements, when are your core courses? You can speak to a Student Progress Advisor if you would like to discuss moving your Program Plan around to help you find the best time to travel. Want to travel more than once? That’s fine - It is possible to take a global experience multiple times! We have students who have been overseas up to 4 times! Some students like to start with a short term experience like a study tour or short course and then complete a semester exchange or internship towards the end of their degree.
