We want to bring you the best experiences possible. Commission Payments FAQs Why are you changing the commission payment methods? We want to bring you the best experience, while offering you more choices over your commission payment method at a lower cost. We have carefully chosen partners with global footprints, providing multilingual support and a secure payment network utilizing top-tier financial institutions. What does this mean? If you are a United States-based Representative and receive your commissions via direct deposit or paper check, you will continue to do so and no further action will be needed from you. If you currently have a Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard® card, you will have your commissions paid directly to your Payoneer account, rather than routed through i-payout, regardless of your country. You can access your account using the link: https://myaccount.payoneer.com/. If you currently use an i-payout eWallet account to receive your commissions, you’ll have numerous options after launch: • If you reside in a country where WorldVenturesTM Payments is the preassigned payment method, the next time you receive commissions, we will automatically create a WorldVentures Payments account as well as send you an account activation email. To activate your account, simply click on the link, enter basic information and read and agree to the portal’s terms and conditions (including fee details). • If you reside in a country where WorldVentures Payments is an option but not the preassigned method of payment, you can manually create your account before receiving commissions. Simply visit the Commission Payments tab in your back office, selectWorldVentures Payments and click Create Account Now. This will take you to the WorldVentures Payments Portal, where you will activate your account by verifying your information and reading and agreeing to the portal’s terms and conditions (including fee details). • If you reside in a country where Payoneer is the preassigned method of payment and you don’t currently have a Payoneer account, you will need to go to the Commission Payments tab in your back office, select the Register button. You will be taken to the Payoneer site where you will complete the required information, read and agree to the site’s terms and conditions (including fee details) and submit your account request. • If you reside in a country where Payoneer is an option, but not the preassigned method of payment, you can opt to create a Payoneer account to receive commissions. Just go to the Commission Payments tab in your back office, and select thePayoneer button, then select Register. You will be taken to the Payoneer site where you will complete the required information, read and agree to the site’s terms and conditions (including fee details) and submit your account request. What is the preassigned payment method for my country? Country Preassigned Payment Method Australia, Austria, Botswana, Canada, Germany, WorldVentures Payments Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Kenya, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Puerto Rico, Russia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States Cyprus, Greece, Hong Kong, Serbia, Singapore, Payoneer Zimbabwe Can I create a WorldVentures Payments account before earning commissions? Absolutely. Log in to your back office, navigate toMy Account > My Profile and click on the Commission Payout tab. Select WorldVentures Payments as your payment method and click on Create Account Now. Can I switch between payment methods? Sure. You can switch between the payment methods available in your market at any time. Your commission payment will transfer to the active payment method at the time the commission is paid. Are all payment methods available in all WorldVentures countries? No. WorldVentures Payments is not available in Cyprus, Serbia or Zimbabwe. Paper checks and ACH payment methods directly from WorldVentures are only available in the United States. For a list of countries where WorldVentures Payments is available, click here. Are there processing fees involved? Yes. All payment methods are subject to separate fees and terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. You can view the WorldVentures Payments fees here and the Payoneer fees here. Why is WorldVentures Payments not available in my country? Whether WorldVentures Payments is available in your country depends on the banking partnerships that have been established. Are you canceling my eWallet account? Absolutely not. Your eWallet account will not be canceled. What’s changing with my eWallet account? We will no longer transfer future WorldVentures commissions to eWallet accounts, but you will still have access to all eWallet functions. You can still pay your WorldVentures fees from eWallet once you have funded your eWallet account. After WorldVentures Payments has been implemented, the link in worldventures.biz providing access to your i-payout eWallet account will be moved from the Commission Payment tab to the Payment Information tab. What happens to my existing funds in my eWallet account? Can I still access them? Money already paid into your eWallet account will still be available to you and accessed where you previously managed your funds in your eWallet account. Will commissions still be paid in US Dollars? Yes. Commissions are still calculated and paid in USD. How can I transfer funds from my WorldVentures Payments account? Depending on your country, you can transfer funds to your bank account using low-cost local bank transfers, wire transfers, paper checks, and you can utilize WorldVentures branded Visa® prepaid cards. You can also schedule automatic transfers to one or more destinations and utilize the WorldVentures Payments app for iOS and Android to keep you in touch when traveling. When is this change taking place? Late November. We will provide additional information closer to the launch date. Can I access my funds with WorldVentures Payments regardless of the country I am in? There are no location restrictions when it comes to accessing your funds. Will I be charged a per-minute fee when calling the WorldVentures Payments or Payoneer support phone lines? You will not be charged a per-minute fee when using the customer support phone lines. Check with your telephone provider about whether or not they charge local rates. Can I split my commissions’ payments between different accounts? With WorldVentures Payments, you can split your commissions’ payments one-time or on a multiple-approved payout schedule. How many transfer methods can I add to my WorldVentures Payments account? Currently, there is no set limit of methods you can add. How long will it take to get my WorldVentures Payments prepaid card? For the U.S., it will take 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days for other countries. Can I transfer funds into my WorldVentures Payments account? Your WorldVentures Payments account can only be funded by commissions earned from WorldVentures. Can I transfer funds from my WorldVentures Payments account to my eWallet account? No. Funds cannot be transferred directly into your eWallet account. If I already have a WorldVentures Payment account, can I merge it with WorldVentures? No. Any other payment program accounts are part of separate programs, and cannot be merged with WorldVentures Payments. What will happen to my next commission payment once WorldVentures Payments is launched? If you currently receive your commissions directly from WorldVentures via direct deposit or paper check, you will continue receiving commissions in this way. If you have an active Payoneer card through eWallet, your commissions will be paid directly to your Payoneer account, rather than to your eWallet account. If you are using any other service through eWallet, your commissions will be paid to either your new WorldVentures Payments account or your new Payoneer account. Please note, for commission to be paid to your new Payoneer account the account must be active, otherwise it will be held until the account is activated. Can I still access my earned commissions if I leave WorldVentures? Yes. Your created WorldVentures Payments account will not be affected if you leave WorldVentures. Will my WorldVentures Payments prepaid Visa® card be branded? Your prepaid card will spark interest and conversation with a displayed WorldVentures branded logo. What payment options do I have with Payoneer? Payoneer allows you to setup either a bank transfer or a prepaid debit MasterCard® card. If Payoneer cannot facilitate a local bank transfer in your country, it will transfer your funds via wire transfer. Payoneer provides bank transfer service to more than 200 countries in over 100 currencies. Alternatively, the Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard® allows you to use your funds online, in stores, withdraw funds to your local bank account, and at ATM’s worldwide – wherever MasterCard® is accepted. What can I do when logged in to myaccount.payoneer.com? Once logged in, you’ll be able to use your Payoneer account to view your transaction history; download monthly statements; view credits and debits; view funding sources; manage bank accounts; transfer funds; send payments and more. Can I have my Payoneer prepaid card and Payoneer bank transfer setup at the same time? No. Payoneer allows you to transfer your funds to one or the other, but not both at the same time. Can I change my payment method with Payoneer? To change your Payoneer payment method, you will need to log in to your back office and navigate to the Commission
