The department may request the release of the funds upon submission of the project plan for approval by the Legislative Budget Commission pursuant to the provisions of chapter 216, Florida Statutes. Based on this Springs Restoration Plan for 2018-2019 (Plan) and the agency’s commitment to put the appropriation into action expeditiously to build upon its springs restoration activities, the department requests approval of the Plan as required in proviso provided in line item 1595.
