Date of death if death occurred during active employment. Exception to be made in case of Board members, officers of the School, and senior administrative personnel. 4. Date and type of promotion. Individuals who are discharged for reason before retirement will not be listed except in exceptional cases where variances may be made at the discretion of the administration. 5.
