Decreased rate of capecitabine absorption if administered with Capecitabine Food food. Manufacturers recommend administration within 30 minutes of a meal. Avoid concomitant use if substrate has narrow therapeutic range. Plasma concentration of erlotinib potentially reduced by Antacids antacids.
