Du Vin Wine List

Du Vin Wine List

The wine list at Merriman’s Kapalua has an eclectic combination of classic wines, international selections and boutique finds featuring over forty grape varietals from more than a dozen countries. Our list strives to compliment the unique flavors of Merriman’s Hawaii Regional Cuisine. In an effort to support the land around us and encourage modern advancements in winemaking, we also feature wineries that employ organic and biodynamic viticulture. Please look for the symbol that signifies these forms of winemaking. If you have any questions about our wine selection, need a recommendation, or would just like to talk about wine, please request the sommelier or wine steward. Cheers! I tend to think we are better than that but I have a champagne problem & I’m told this clouds my judgment. Neuroses aside - I spend too much for this wine and charge too little but I’m too weak to change. So please enjoy a glass of one of the best champagnes on the planet. It goes great with the sunset & it will hurt the French more than the Louisiana Purchase because they value wine more than land.
