MELBOURNE STARS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Overview: The Melbourne Stars are developing an internship program for the summer to have students work across various Stars events and match days, as well as experience what happens behind the scenes of a professional cricket club. The Stars would look to provide as many opportunities across the club to the selected student. These are including, but not limited to: Attending player training sessions Session with the coaching staff Attending press conferences Working Melbourne Stars match days – concourse and in bowl Working at major Melbourne Stars events, including Family Day Dates required: The students would be required on at lease the following dates for matches and events. Additional activities – such as attending training sessions, hearing from the coaches, press conferences – would be worked into the schedule and offered to students pending their availability.
