Corinne Grant Comedian, Actor, Writer & Presenter Corrine Grant is a stand up comedian and one of the best known comic personalities on television. Corrine got her TV kick start as a regular Good News Week panelist. Since then she has appeared and /or written scripts for Rove Live, Spicks and Specks, and Network Ten’s 9am with Dave and Kim where she was a regular guest host and panelist on the Watercooler segment. Corrine has been host and moderator of Network Ten’s MICF Great Debate, she appeared in three episodes of 20 to 1 and acted in the television pilot, Too Far. A founding cast member of ABC-TV’s The Glass House in 2001, Corinne stayed with the show until it’s finale in 2006. Corrine Grant is a regular stand up comedian at notable live comedy events across the country, including the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Adelaide Fringe Festival, Hobart Comedy Festival and the Sydney Comedy Store. In 2008, she performed her own live show, Out of Order at the Adelaide Fringe, followed by the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. In 2007, she staged Have My Stuff in Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. Have My Stuff was is immortalised in Corinne’s first book, Lessons In Letting Go: Confessions of a Hoarder (Allen and Unwin) which was released in September 2010. It went into reprint just months after its release. In 2006, she performed the Nice Friendly Lady Hour at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a solo show Faking It for the Adelaide Fringe Festival and Melbourne International Comedy Festival. That same year she toured the Sydney Comedy Store, Hobart Comedy Festival and the Big Laugh Sydney Comedy Festival with her show Corrine Grant Live. In 2005, Corrine appeared in the theatre production Die on Your Feet written by comedian Greg Fleet as well as The Vagina Monologues directed by Danielle Lauren. Corrine Grant won an AFI Award for Best Light Entertainment Series for The Glass House in 2005 and shared a Logie Award for Most Popular Light Entertainment Program for Rove Live in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005. She won the Moosehead Award and the Stella Award at the Melbourne International Comedy festival in 1998, and was recognized as the 3PBS Comic of the Year in 1996.
