Appendices 144 • Use of Water 8.10 Formal Play Provision South Cumbernauld Community Growth Area - Strategic Development Framework 3 1 Purpose of the Strategic Development Framework 1.1 This Strategic Development Framework (SDF) document provides potential developers with necessary information and planning guidance on the form of development and land uses expected within the CGA. 1.2 The SDF expands on the guiding principles 1.4 The approved SDF is a material consideration set out in the South Cumbernauld CGA in future planning decisions within the CGA.
