MANHASSET EDUCATION ASSOCIATION TRUST FUND Participating Dentists This is a listing of the names, addresses and phone numbers of the dentists who are currently participating with the Benefit Trust Fund’s Dental Plan. These dentists have agreed to provide covered dental procedures AT NO OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSE to Fund members when the Manhasset Education Association Trust Fund is the primary carrier. Those who have a different primary carrier must submit a claim from the dentist to that primary carrier first. After primary benefits have been paid, the Manhasset Education Association Benefit Trust Fund will consider the unpaid portion for payment. The Fund may reimburse the provider up to 100% of the unpaid portion (according to the fee schedule). This listing is provided as an information service only, for the convenience of covered members. The Fund does not recommend the services of any particular dentist. The participating providers have been selected because they have agreed to accept the Benefit Fund’s dental fee schedule as PAYMENT IN FULL FOR COVERED SERVICES. If you are charges for any covered service by a panel provider, please do not pay and contact our Office immediately. The Fund requests that you report any irregularities including rudeness, unsanitary conditions and difficulty in obtaining appointments at convenient hours to the Administrator’s Office. A dentist’s participation is subject to change - therefore, when you call for your appointment be sure to verify that the dentist is currently participating with the Fund.
