Applicability of the Tariff 1. This Tariff shall apply to freight consignments transited on railways of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Latvia, Republic of Moldova, Mongolia2, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Republic of Estonia on the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement on International Goods Transport by Rail (SMGS), Uniform Rules concerning the Contract for International Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM), or another transport law, save carriage of goods to/from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, People’s Republic of China, People’s Democratic Republic of Korea, Mongolia2 that involves transiting railways of countries that also apply the Uniform Transit Tariff (ETT). 2. This Tariff shall also apply to carriage of goods through borderline stations, port stations, and stations of transloading to/from road, air, water, or pipeline transport, which stations are listed in the Tables of Transit Distances of Section I, Part V of this Tariff. § 2. Publication of the Tariff 1. Notifications about this Tariff’s coming into effect, as well as about any modifications of or additions to this Tariff, shall be made public through the following official publications or official websites of the Parties to this Tariff: - for the Azerbaijan Railways (AZ), the newspaper “Azerbaijan Demiryolchusu”; - for the Belarusian Railway (BC), the official website www.rw.by; - for the Georgian Railway (GR), the official website www.railway.ge; - for the Railway of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KZH), the official websites www.railways.kz and www.ktzh-gp.kz; - for the Latvian Railway (LDZ), the official website www.ldz.lv; - for the Lithuanian Railways (LG), the official website www.litrail.lt; - for the Railway of the Republic of Moldova (CFM), the official website www.railway.md; - for the Ulan-Bator Railway (UBZD), “Teevriin medeelel”; -
