(c) Variation/modification/deletion of the existing routes by the State Transport Undertakings of Karnataka shown in Column 2 of Schedule-III shall be varied/deleted as noted in Column 10 to 16 against each route. (d) Details of additional services to be operated by the State Transport Undertakings of both the States in connection with the fairs and festival seasons shall be as shown in Schedule-IV in addition to the existing provisions. (e) Additional services to be operated by the State Transport Undertakings of both the States during summer season (April to June) every year shall be as shown in Schedule-V in addition to the existing provisions. (f) The State Transport Undertakings of both the States would operate services during weekends (Friday to Monday) every weekend to cater to the needs of the travelling public on the routes as shown in Schedule-VI. 2. Exemption of MV tax for Tourism Development Corporation Buses.— At present as the Goa Tourism Development Corporation does not have enough buses, therefore, though State of Goa agrees in principle, the subject matter would be taken up later, once Goa Tourism Development Corporation has enough number of buses. 3. Enhancing quota for Goods Carriages.—It is agreed to enhance the quota for Goods Carriage Permits by another 1000 for each State so as to fix the total quota of 3500 permits to be earmarked to both the States. 4. Enhancing the quota for Motor Cabs.— It is agreed to enhance the quota of Motor Cab Permits by another 100 for each State, so as to fix the total quota of 300 permits by each State on single point tax basis.
