The Annual Report gives us the opportunity to reflect on the activities and achievements of Tipperary County Council during the year 2015. I am honoured to hold the office of Cathaoirleach, having being elected on 22nd June, 2015, as the 2nd Cathaoirleach, to represent Tipperary as its first citizen.
