ELF SYSTEM 1-2-3 BEDDING ELF’s SYSTEM 1-2-3 bedding is a revolutionary new range of contemporary bedding that comprises a bed base, covered mattress, and a wide range of coordinating posable duvet sets, all available readymade or as kits. In our own homes we usually like our beds to look pristine and ordered, but sometimes in order to create a realistic scene in your dollhouse (and because we all know that beds aren’t ALWAYS neat and tidy!) you want it to look as if someone has just got out of bed, leaving a dent in the pillow and the duvet in a heap! This usually means stitching or gluing to create the right effect, but then of course, you can't go back to the ordered bed without at least some snipping. ELF's new range provides the perfect solution, and gives you "posable" bedding. The fabrics are all contemporary in colour and style, and many of the sets are double sided, giving you real flexibility and an instant change of look. The bedding is shown with our SYSTEM 1-2-3 bed frames. The frames are available in two sizes (single and double) and come ready assembled in unfinished light wood, which you can simply wax and polish, or paint in the colour of your choice. The bottom sheet is provided by a removable covered “mattress” that simply slots into the bed base and can be changed when you want a change of colour. These are available in kit form (comprising the wood former and the fabric to cover it) or ready fitted. ELF System 1-2-3 bedding gives you a flexible solution for any dolls house bedroom. The duvet sets are also available in kit form. These are pre-stitched (no need for a sewing machine as we’ve done that bit for you) and ready for hand-finishing. We provide the filling. All you have to do is trim and turn the covers, fill as instructed and sew up the tiny opening by hand (about 1 ½” (3cms) maximum). It’s as easy as 1-2-3!
