Sardinia off-road trip from October 1 - October 8, 2021 The 6-day tour will have a total length of about 1100 km and will pass through places with scenic landscapes to reach destinations of exceptional beauty as well as rarity. This route has the great particularity of being varied: pristine beaches and breathtaking cliffs, sand dunes, vast stretches of Mediterranean bush, cliffs of limestone and mountains rich in forests and rivers. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Arrival of participants on Friday, October 1, 2021. Basel-Mulhouse-Fribourg - Olbia Flight: Easyjet Transfer organized from Olbia airport. Night in San Teodoro at the B&B "Su suberju". _________________________________________________________________________________________ First day, 02.10.2021: The route will cross the areas of Olbia, Tempio, Berchidda, Oschiri, Alà dei sardi, Buddusò. At 9.00 departure for the tour towards Osidda. Stop at 12.30 at the jazz bar in Berchidda. At 14.00 departure for the second part. At 18.30 arrival at the Agriturismo "S'iscopalzu" with a typical Sardinian dinner. Night at the Agriturismo "S'iscopalzu". _________________________________________________________________________________________ Second day, 03.10.2021: The route crosses the areas of Alà dei Sardi, Torpè, Bitti, Orune, Nuoro, Oliena, with a visit to the Santa Lulla nuraghe and some "domus de janas". 9.00 Departure for the route Buddusò-Orgosolo 12.30 Lunch break (to be decided together) 18.30 Arrival in Orgosolo Night at the B&B "Cara a monte". _________________________________________________________________________________________ Third day, 04.10.2021: The route will cross the Gennargentu through the area of Villagrande, Ulassai, Jerzu and arrive in Cardedu. Night in Cardedu in the "Residence Cardedu". _________________________________________________________________________________________ Fourth day, 05.10.2021: Departure from Cardedu and arrival in Cala Gonone. Night in Cala Gonone at the hotel "Brancamaria". _________________________________________________________________________________________ Fifth day, 06.10.2021: The route will pass through the areas of Orosei, Onifai, Siniscola, Posada, San Teoodro. About 40% of the route will be close to the sea, with some passages a few meters from the shore. Departure at 8:30 - 13:30, lunch break in Santa Lucia, by the sea. At 19:00 arrival in San Teodoro.
