Car #55 Kurt Kostecki, breach of Supplementary Regulation 4.6.1.2.4, exceeding the track limits (kerbs) at Turn 2 Following an investigation and admission to breach of Schedule B2 Rule 2.1 Careless Driving by Kurt Kostecki Car #55, contact to Car #21 Josh Kean at Turn 6, the Stewards imposed a loss of 25 Series Points. Matters from Qualifying Race 2; For causing a Red Flag in the session, Car #2 Dan Day had his fastest lap invalidated and was prohibited from taking any further part in the session. Matters from Race 1; The following drivers received a PLP during the Race for careless driving breaches; Car #15 Adam Marjoram, contact to Car #45 Car #34 Chelsea Angelo, contact to Car #55 Following an investigation and admission to breach of Schedule B2 Rule 2.1 Careless Driving by Josh Kean Car #21, contact to Car #99 James Golding, the Stewards imposed a loss of 25 Series Points. Following an IO investigation into an incident of careless driving by Richard Muscat Car #44, no breach of rule was established. Following an investigation and admission to breach of Schedule B2 Rule 2.1 Careless Driving by Anton de Pasquale Car #67, contact to Car #14 Macauley Jones, the Stewards imposed a loss of 25 Series Points. Matters from Qualifying Race 1; For causing a Red Flag in the session, Car #16 Bryce Fullwood had his fastest lap invalidated and was prohibited from taking any further part in the session. Following an investigation and admission by Jesse Dixon Car #28 to a breach of Schedule B2; 5 (d) crossing the prescribed line at the Pit Lane entry, the Stewards imposed a $1,000 fine with $500 suspended until 31/12/16. P a g e | 1 INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY – NO REGULATORY VALUE STEWARDS SUMMARY UPDATE OF PENALTIES Matters from Practice 2; Following an investigation and admission by Chelsea Angelo Car #34 to a breach of Schedule D3; 2.3 failing to observe the Chequered Flag, the Stewards imposed a fine of $2,000 with $1,000 suspended until 31/12/16. Following an investigation and admission by Paul Dumbrell Car #88 to a breach of Schedule B2; 5 (d) crossing the prescribed line at the Pit Lane entry, the Stewards imposed a $1,000 fine with $500 suspended until 31/12/16. Matters from Practice 1; There were no issues. Other Matters; The Stewards received a report from the CAMS Alcohol Testing Officer (CATO) at 0815hrs that Gerard McLeod a Team Member of Lucas Dumbrell tested at a level above the prescribed concentration. The Stewards found that Mr. McLeod had breached B6.5.2.4. He was excluded from any further participation in the event. Lucas Dumbrell Investments was fined $250 for late attendance for the Team Managers Briefing.
