The past year is a testament to the importance of learning and continuously improving in the face of significant challenges that have impacted our operations, our employees, and the communities we live and work in around the world. I want to express our deep gratitude to our employees who have excelled during a very challenging year for our company and our industry, by demonstrating an unwavering commitment to safety, operational excellence, and service quality. Early in March 2020, in response to the then-emerging COVID-19 pandemic, we quickly implemented rigorous measures across our global operations to ensure the safety of our operations, the health of our employees, and the continuity of our business.
