The reason for the request is that Crown has received a letter from the New South Wales Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority (ILGA) in relation to the opening of date of Crown Sydney and notes that ILGA has scheduled a media conference at 3.30pm today regarding the matter. Crown intends to make an announcement following consideration of the letter from ILGA and ILGA’s press conference.
