I sat there for a long time, late at night, waiting until it was dry enough to go to my car. The stories kept me company. • Some art, for example, at the Fairview Green Line station, helps me appreciate the neighborhood's history. I love the variety of art and subjects! • I am at the 46th Street LRT station almost everyday and there is something about the turtle on the southbound platform eave that just makes me smile. It's a bit of whimsy in a typically utilitarian environment. 32 Public Art in Transit Webpages • All new content – Description – Multiple images (500 images in all) – Story behind the artwork – Artist’s background – Archive 33 34 35 36 37 38 39.
