DESCRIPTION: The “THE OFFICIAL MOUNTAIN LAKE LODGE “DIRTY DANCING WEEKEND STAY AT BABY’S CABIN” SWEEPSTAKES” (the “Promotion”) begins on May 26, 2020 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on June 12, 2020 at 10:00 PM PT (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mountain Lake Lodge (the “Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia, but excluding Hawaii and Alaska) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a valid email address and Internet access at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Promotion. Sponsor Lions Gate Ancillary LLC (“Lions Gate”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein, the “Promotion Entities”), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. Potential entrants must enter by logging on to Sponsor’s website at https://www.mtnlakelodge.com/ (the “Sponsor Website”) during the Promotion Period and follow the designated entry link at https://forms.gle/6bTYozAyVRitMcHh9 to complete the online form provided by Sponsor, more specifically as follows: • Potential entrants must click the designated entry link via the Sponsor Website and provide the following required information: (i) First and last name, (ii) Email address, (iii) Phone number, (iv) Full residential address, and (v) Number of guests accompanying entrant on the trip (up to six [6]). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service will apply. Completed entry must be submitted in accordance with the online directions during the Promotion Period. Valid Promotion entries must contain all information requested and must be received by the Sponsor Website’s administrator on or before the end of the Promotion Period. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities shall have no liability for any entry confirmation that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential entrant for any reason. Sponsor’s computer clock will be the official time keeper for this Promotion. Limit of one (1) entry per person. If entries exceed these limits, the entrant may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Entry must be made by an individual entrant, only via the method described above. Entries generated by a macro, script or other automated means and/or originating at any other website or email address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. The use of any device or process to automate the entry process is prohibited. Each entrant must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email account utilized in the entry. 1 All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor shall have the right to edit, adapt, and publish any or all of the entries and may use them in any and all media, now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity without attribution or compensation to the entrant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. Proof of entering information at the Sponsor Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Sponsor may engage third party application providers and other vendors to administer certain aspects of the Promotion, including without limitation, the online collection of entry information. Such third parties will provide your personally identifiable information to Sponsor, who except as set forth herein will use such information in accordance with its online privacy policy, located at https://www.mtnlakelodge.com/privacy-policy, and such third parties may also use your information for their own independent purposes in accordance with their own independent privacy practices. Sponsor may share your information with Lions Gate, which will use such information in accordance with its own independent privacy policy, located at https://www.lionsgate.com/legal/privacy-policy. Sponsor is not responsible for the storage or any use of your entry information by such third parties. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. 4. WINNER DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. There will be one (1) prize winner. The potential winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using randomization methods selected in its sole discretion. Potential winners will be selected on or about June 1, 2020 and contacted within seven (7) business days of the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Entrants agree that Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Promotion. Each potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor and Promotion Entities shall have no liability for any prize notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of issuance of the first notification attempt (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will be disqualified, forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may successively attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners in accordance with the above procedures, and if there is still no confirmed winner of a prize after such attempts have been made, if any, the prize may go un-awarded. 5. PRIZES: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize winner will receive a stay in “Baby’s Cabin” during one (1) pre-selected 2021 Dirty Dancing-themed weekend (the “Themed Weekend”) at Mountain Lake Lodge in Pembroke, Virginia, for the potential Grand Prize winner and up to five (5) guests (five (5) people total) (the “Grand Prize”). The anticipated dates of the Themed Weekend are as follows (but the specific dates are tentative and subject to change): • April 23-25, 2021; • June 25-27, 2021; • July 30-August 1, 2021; • August 27-29, 2021; and • September 17-19, 2021 The Grand Prize additionally includes the following: (i) five (5) total meals during the Themed Weekend, available only through Mountain Lake Lodge’s dining room (which shall be comprised of two (2) breakfasts, one (1) lunch [to be used on the Saturday of the Themed Weekend], and two (2) dinners); (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion(s) at Mountain Lake Lodge during a Themed Weekend (hotel accommodations include a cabin with a living room, dining area with dining table, front porch with rocking chairs, three (3) bathrooms and three (3) bedrooms, with two 2 bedrooms including one (1) queen-sized bed per room, and the third bedroom including two (2) queen- sized beds, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot (but specific amenities and accommodations are subject to change)); and (iii) the ability to participate in generally available planned activities included in the standard Themed Weekend including music, dancing, and professional dance instruction. Travel costs (including flights, ground transportation, parking fees, gasoline, tolls, etc.) are expressly excluded from the Grand Prize. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,000. The ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the actual fair market value and, as ultimately determined by Sponsor, is final and binding and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event that a stated ARV is more than the actual fair market value, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise. The Grand Prize (and all portions thereof) is non- assignable, non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalents will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize during the dates set forth by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
