IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES MAY 19, 2005 Mr. BLUMENAUER introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means A BILL To suspend temporarily the duty on certain bicycle parts. 1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 SECTION 1. CERTAIN BICYCLE PARTS. 4 (a) IN GENERAL.—Subchapter II of chapter 99 of 5 the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States is 6 amended by inserting in numerical sequence the following 7 new heading: ‘‘ 9902.90.29 Bicycle speedometers (pro- vided for in subheading 9029.20.20) .........................
