At the age of 20, Steven Martens and Ivo Van Aken engaged Kenneth as head coach conditioning at the VTV (now Tennis Flanders) High Performance Centre in Belgium. For 9 years he guided athletes and coaches, developed new pathways for strength & conditioning and was responsible of the motor development in Kids Tennis. He had the conditional supervision of players as Kirsten Flipkens, Yanina Wickmayer, Alison Van Uytvanck, Ruben Bemelmans and Kimmer Coppejans. At the highest level, he was a consultant/trainer in the coach- player team of Kim Clijsters, Yanina Wickmayer, An- Sophie Mestach and Irina Khromacheva. As Be Gold- manager he was responsible for Talent Id and Development under 13 in Flanders. He introduced a decentralised policy reform with a strong involvement of the clubs and coaches. In doing so, he founded the very valuable ‘Be Coach’ training and support sessions for coaches. Since 2001 he has been a teacher at the Flemish Trainers School for level 3 and 4. The Walloon, German, Australian, Irish, Finnish, Turkish and Egyptian Tennis Federations value Kenneth as speaker and/or lecturer. Since 2009 he teaches Kinetic Chains at the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy at the University of Ghent. The red hot thread throughout his professional activities is helping people and accompanying coaches and elite athletes in particular. Finally, Kenneth worked on the development of the Energy Lab Tennis in the Kim Clijsters Sports & Health Club, the world's most innovative tennis laboratory with Hawk-Eye, where he still is an expert consultant.” .
