2020 England v Australia One-Day International Rollover Terms & Conditions Please read the Terms & Conditions of the 2020 England v Australia ODI ‘rollover’ below. 1. We are inviting you to ‘rollover’ your 2020 One Day International ticket purchase at the Bristol County Ground to the 2021 ODI at Bristol between England and Sri Lanka. 2. Should you choose to rollover your ODI purchase, you will be guaranteed your seat(s) at the Bristol County Ground and you will also qualify for a £10 voucher per ticket bought, to be spent on the day of the 2021 ODI in any outlet around the Ground. 3. The stand designs will be similar to the Australia International, but we cannot guarantee the seating plan will be exactly the same. 4. If you choose to rollover your purchase to 2021, but then cannot subsequently make the date when it is confirmed later this year, you would be entitled to a full refund of the ticket value, provided you let us know in writing by 31 January 2021. 5. Should you want a refund of your 2020 purchase instead of a rollover to the 2021 ODI, you will be refunded in full but not until at least Thursday 16th July 2020 and possibly not until August. You do not need to take any action at this stage with regards to a refund. Refunds will be of the ticket value. 6. Should the England and Australia match be rescheduled this summer with spectators permitted to attend, and a ticket holder does not wish to attend a revised date, they will also be entitled to a refund of the ticket value. 7. If you have chosen to rollover to 2021, but the England and Australia match goes ahead with spectators at Bristol, then you will of course be entitled to switch back to your original purchase. 8. If the 2021 fixture between England and Sri Lanka is cancelled, you will of course be entitled to a full refund of the ticket value, subject to the refund policy which will be available when the match goes on general sale at a later date.
