Administrative Office - 805-495-6471 • www.crpd.org Spring is a wonderful reminder of how beautiful change can truly be! Change is happening all around us. The weather is warming up, flowers are starting to bloom, and grass will be turning green soon (I hope). Spring will also bring us change in the way we can connect and be in our communities. CRPD is so excited to see more of you and your families in our community centers and participating in our recreational programs. We look forward to welcoming our adults back to sports and our youth to more indoor and outdoor activities. Spring is also a great time to get out into the parks; check out how the hiking trails are changing as flowers open and new life grows. Take time to take a deep breath and enjoy all the good that is around us. We are truly fortunate to live in the Conejo Valley. A special congratulations to all the Part-Time Service Award recipients for the year 2020. We are so proud to have you on our team and appreciate all your hard work! Don't forget we have financial assistance available to families who would like their children to participate in recreational programs but are experiencing financial hardships. This is made possible by Play Conejo, a nonprofit organization supporting CRPD parks and families. We look forward to seeing you soon. 2 BROCHURE DIRECTORY Summer Camps .......................................................................4 Borchard Community Center .............................................6 Conejo Recreation & Park District Borchard Skatepark ...............................................................8 Conejo Community Center. ................................................9 Outdoor Unit Programs ..................................................... 12 Dos Vientos Community Center ..................................... 13 Thousand Oaks Community Center ............................. 15 ANNUAL SERVICE AWARDS Old Meadows Community Center ................................. 16 Westlake Area Programs ................................................... 16 FOR OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE AND CONTRIBUTION TO THE DISTRICT AND THE COMMUNITY, Homeschool .......................................................................... 17 THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEEN SELECTED TO RECEIVE 2020 SERVICE AWARDS.
