Anston and Woodsetts Ward Profile 2019 Description Anston and Woodsetts lies in the south east of Rotherham Borough, with a population of 10,920 (2017) and an area of 1,913 hectares. The ward contains the villages of North Anston, South Anston and Woodsetts. The parish of North and South Anston has a population of 9,090 and forms part of a larger urban area with neighbouring Dinnington. Woodsetts is a village and rural parish of 1,830 people. Suburban housing predominates and is popular with commuters. Although there are deprived pockets, the ward is one of the least deprived in Rotherham. @Crown Copyright.
