Hold for Finishing Kick The Benny Briscoe This form sequence was named and created after the famous boxer, Benny Briscoe. He was known for inside boxing skills with his hands. Many mainstream fighters have a habit of stopping once they enter the “pocket.” This sequence is designed to help fighters learn to work from this pocket. Once a fighter is in the pocket, he must remain in constant motion using both his offensive tools and his defensive movements in fluent, rhythmic continuity. There are dozens of various modules using elbows, knees, and kicks which can be created off this principle fighting form.
