That's correct. 8 MR MOSS: Can you please state your name and rank? 8 Q. You received a telephone call I think from Chief 9 A. My name is Simon Dobinson and I am a commander in the 9 Superintendent Gallagher? 10 Metropolitan Police. 10 A. Yes. 11 Q. Commander, is it right that in December 2015 you were 11 Q. About the operation? 1 Q. What were the options? 2 Q. Yes. 2 A. At one point, DCI Lilburn suggested that we start 3 A. So I knew nothing about the operation, I was aware from 3 creating a template using the suspension papers that we 4 having senior responsibility for the CTSFO teams that 4 would do for anyone normally and start writing out the 5 they had operations, a brief awareness of how many teams 5 regulation notice.
