
Overnight Adventure Space Shuttle Atlantis® Program Summary It’s not every night you have the chance to sleep under a space-flown orbiter. This Overnight Adventure engages participants in an evening of space and science inspiration, including STEM-based challenges and hands-on interactive exhibits – all while space shuttle Atlantis floats overhead. As an homage to Atlantis’ missions, this program has a focus on the International Space Station and sustaining life in orbit. Also, have your questions answered by a real veteran NASA astronaut. Following the conclusion of the Overnight Adventure, guests are invited to tour Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex attractions and exhibits. Program Components After Hours Access to Space Shuttle Atlantis | STEM-based Team Challenge | Hands-on Interactive Exhibits | Q&A Session with a Veteran NASA Astronaut | Dinner, Late Night Snack, Continental Breakfast | Full Visitor Complex Admission Privileges Targeted Audience: Student groups in grades 5-9. Program Times: Check-in begins at 4:15PM. Availability: Offered year-round, pending availability. Program concludes by 9AM the next morning. Call or check website for available dates. Groups Minimum Participants: Group must have at with a minimum of 90 total guests may request a least 10 students to make a reservation. private Overnight Adventure (Atlantis) reservation. Maximum Participants: 150 Price*: $125 per student; $105 per chaperone Additional Information: Guests sleep on (one chaperone per five students); additional exhibit floor under Atlantis orbiter.
