Tamar Bridge Offices Description As part of the Cornwall Council Framework, SDS were appointed to carry out the feasibility report and full M&E design for the offices of the Tamar Bridge and Torpoint Ferry, which connects Devon to Cornwall The site context includes the Grade I listed Royal Albert Bridge, the 1960’s Tamar Bridge and Estuary.
