Have undertaken several personal consultancies for the World Bank [in Indian states (Orissa – four times, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal and Uttarakhand and one cross-state evaluation study) as well as in Ethiopia, and one on PPPs in India], Asian Development Bank (five times, out of which three were in the states of Kerala, Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram and two evaluation tasks), European Commission (through local contractor in the state of Chhattisgarh, India), UN-ESCAP, UNDP and Forum of Federations, Canada (in Nigeria). vii. Led the NIPFP team for preparing the Draft 12th Five Year Plan of Sikkim (submitted to the Planning Department, Government of Sikkim in August, 2012). K.
