The mining lease was granted in R/c.No.8815/MM1/1998 dated 08.04.1999 for a period of Twenty Years. The lease deed was executed on 24.04.1999. Mining Operation commenced on 10.05.1999. The lease will expire on 23.04.2019. However as per the recent MMDR Amendment Act 2015, the validity of the Mining Lease is extended up to 23.04.2049.
