I wish you successes in your responsible and efficiently activities for the sustainable development of our country under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. The Chamber has a significant role in the development of the audit system and the formation of a professional audit service in Azerbaijan. With the initiative and active participation of the Chamber, that large-scale concepts, strategies and programs were adopted for the development of this area, the advanced world experience was studied and effectively applied in the national audit system, and the significant successes were achieved in improving legislation and administration as well as in strengthening institutional capacity in this area. Today, the Chamber of Auditors closely participated in the implementation of reforms aimed at eliminating the "shadow economy" in the country, improving the financial reporting, ensuring the transparency, strengthening the efficiency of financial resources, accelerating state-building based on open and democratic principles. The development of quality audit institution is one of the important goals of our state. The international experience shows that the efficiency of a transparent financial system is high, and the adoption of optimal decisions in the management of economy establish the real basis for the protection of interests of not only entrepreneurs but society as a whole. We appreciate the effective cooperation between the Ministry of Economy and the Chamber of Auditors in this direction. The 25th anniversary of the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan is characterized by a different aspect. It is a period of continuation of celebration of the Great Victory achieved by the President of Azerbaijan Republic, Supreme Commander- in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev with the courage of our victorious and glorious army. The Great Return and construction work has begun on our native Karabakh, which was liberated from occupation. It is the mission of each of us to participate in building a new economic model in Karabakh and give impetus to the revival of the region. The Chamber of Auditors of Azerbaijan Republic has significant support in the development and implementation of necessary measures for the implementation of conceptual proposals and instructions on restoring process of territories. The activities and initiatives of the Chamber of Auditors are worthy of praise for the reconstruction of the economy in our lands, the modern revival of ancient traditions.
