Complaint Description File a Formal Complaint - Fletcher Sandbeck Fletcher reported (Sat, 20 Oct at 4:49 PM) The attached flier suggests writing in the name Nathan Schlicher rather than voting for Democrat Connie Fitzpatrick in the 2018 election. It states that various groups including AFT, FUSE, Planned Parenthood, and the AFL-CIO have endorsed Nathan Schlicher. However, this is not true. I have included captures of web pages from each of those groups which show that they have either endorsed Connie Fitzpatrick or, in the case of AFT, have not endorsed any candidate in the 26th district this year. What impact does the alleged violation(s) have on the public? It gives the public a deceptive view of the endorsements of several groups. Three of the listed groups have in fact endorsed Connie Fitzpatrick but the flier states that they have instead endorsed a write-in candidate Nathan Schlicher.
