All parcels which exceed these restrictions will be shipped, where reasonable, by best possible by truck or courier. Return of Goods Merchandise may not be returned without prior Spartan Marine authorization, which can be withheld at Spartan Marine’s sole discretion. All returns must be sent pre-paid and will only be accepted in their original packaging and in sellable/returnable condition including all original packing slips and the warranty certificate (if applicable).
