Making a difference every day 2016 Annual Report From the Executive Director 2016 was quite a year for the Anglican Foundation of Canada. From ground-breaking projects to inspiring stories, 2016 was indeed memorable. By imagining more, Canadian Anglicans made it possible to fund over $300,000 in building and project grants, $100,000 in student bursaries, and $40,000 for the Request- for-Proposals addressing the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action. The Anglican Foundation remains committed to addressing changing times with strong and steady support for people of faith, progressive vision, and an innovative spirit. We are your reliable faith partner, doing things that matter most to you. Why? Because we believe in you. Because together, we can do more than we can ask or imagine! To celebrate 2016, the AFC team has compiled this report looking back at some of the projects and moments that made this year quite remarkable. We extend profound thanks to many generous and dedicated Canadian Anglicans whose donations have helped hundreds of individuals and parishes achieve a dream.
