We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an intern to join our Artist Services team. This opportunity is designed to provide a student with the chance to work in an innovative, dynamic environment and gain valuable hands-on experience in an essential function within the music industry. Here you’ll get to: ▪ Support the Artist Services team in day-to-day activities ▪ Assist with product and store setups ▪ Setup items in our internal databases/systems ▪ Research artists’ tour schedules within Canada ▪ Manage product inventory and product information ▪ Answer customer service inquiries ▪ Source and create merchandise for domestic artists ▪ Assist with Artist and Company CRM strategy (email lists/newsletters) It would be music to our ears if you: ▪ Are currently a member of Rise Tribe ▪ Are highly organized and self-directed with the ability to stay focused on assignments without supervision ▪ Are eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks ▪ Are proficient with Microsoft Excel ▪ Possess strong verbal and written communication skills ▪ Experience with Photoshop is a plus Why join us?
