March 2001 – today: Research Associate at the Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT) of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH). In 2006 he achieved the cooperation between CERTH/HIT and the famous Greek singer George Tsalikis for the further promotion of road safety messages to the public. • Books relative to traffic education, specially designed for the Greek schools (Gymnasium and Lyceum), funded by the Greek Ministry of Transport and Communications, 2005-2006. • ADHRITO, funded by the General Secretariat for Research and Technology of the Greek Ministry of Development , a project focused on transport safety issues through the use of new tools, such as multimedia, driving simulators and skid-cars, incorporating the new technologies in the educational process. Technical Responsible (proposal, implementation, deliverables, promotion), meanwhile Scientific Responsible was Dr. E. Bekiaris, 2003-2005. • Development of a Centre of excellence on driver behaviour issues in the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH)/Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT). Technical Responsible for the laboratory set-up composed by a Virtual Reality Laboratory, a Research Vehicle equipped with several ADAS and a semi-dynamic Driving Simulator. Scientific Responsible was Dr. E. Bekiaris.
