Blumen, DHS Deputy Director February 2018 3 2018-2019 Where to Call BEHAVIORAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES re:solve Crisis Network 1-888-7-YOU-CAN (1-888-796-8226) 333 N. Braddock Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15208 Round-the-clock telephone, mobile, walk-in, and residential crisis intervention services are available for all Allegheny County residents – children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Insurance coverage is NOT required. Callers are put in touch with professional mental health and addictions counselors to receive immediate confidential crisis counseling, emergency support, and/or be referred to someone for ongoing help. In addition, a mobile crisis team that can travel to the site of the crisis is available 24 hours a day /7 days a week. Specialized teams are available for child, adolescent and family interventions. Walk-in services and short-term overnight services are also available. In addition, an after-hours drug and alcohol engagement center is available for individuals who experience a crisis involving substance use. Individuals will receive immediate assessment, support, education, and referrals to drug and alcohol services. re:solve is made possible through the partnership of Allegheny County and the Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).
