Great Wyrley, Cheslyn Hay, Norton Canes & Essington Network Patient Participation Group The Great Wyrley, Cheslyn Hay, Norton Canes and Essington Network Patient Participation Group (PPG) aims to bring together a range of individuals and organisations that are able to represent the views and health needs of local patients and people living within the locality. It aims to provide a geographical community reference group for the Network practices in the area and to develop a two-way flow of information between the practices and their registered patients. The Network PPG also aims to drive co-production between patients, professionals and commissioners by providing an opportunity for patient representatives to influence the planning, development and delivery of health care services locally It aims to ensure that that patient views are brought together from a wide range of patient and community groups, including those who may not engage through traditional methods, and to capture patient feedback on their experience of local services to report back to the CCG.
