COMMUNITY WORK PROGRAM APPENDIX 3 APPENDIX 3 NOVEMBER 2017 2040 COMMUNITY WORK PROGRAM The purpose of the Community Work Program is to identify specific implementation actions the local government, or other entities, intend to undertake over the course of the next five (5) year planning period. This includes, but is not limited to, new facilities, expansion of facilities, new ordinances, revisions of existing ordinances, administrative actions, community improvements or investments, infrastructure, financing arrangements, or other programs or initiatives to be put in place to implement the plan. To facilitate the division of work among various County Divisions, the community work program is segmented by the following elements: Land Use, Transportation, Housing, Community Facilities, Natural and Historic Resources, Human Services, Economic Development, Public Safety, Disaster Resilience, Intergovernmental Coordination, Military Compatibility, and Place-Making.
