We,theSotoZen,ShinshuOhtani-ha,NichirenShuandJodoShinshuHongwanji-ha InternationalCentersintheBayAreahavecreatedagroupcalledtheBayAreaBuddhist Association(BBA).WeareplanningtoholdaBuddhistinterdenominationaleventtolearn abouthowBuddhismrelatestotheUnitedNationsSustainableDevelopmentGoals (SDGs).Wehopethatthroughthisprojectministersandassistantsfromeachsectwill learnaboutBuddhismandtheSDGsfromeachotherinlecturesandroundtable discussionssotheycanshareitwithstudentsandmembers.Wewouldlikeeveryonetobe abletousewhattheylearnaboutbothBuddhismandtheSDGsintheireverydaylives.
