THIRD DAY - Jaisalmer After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing tour covering the magnificent fort, the Patwon Ki Haveli (Mansion) and Salim Singh Ki Haveli, with their carved balconies and brackets which are supreme examples of the art. In the evening, enjoy a camel ride to visit Sam Dunes. Stay overnight in Jaisalmer. FOURTH DAY - Jaisalmer – Bikaner (330 Kms/5 Hrs) After breakfast drive to Bikaner. Bikaner is named after its founder Rao Bikaji in 1488. Bikaner's dominant features are rippling sands and abundant sunshine. The city stands on an elevation, enclosed by a 7 kms wall, which can be entered from 5 gates. Bikaner is bolstered by imposing walls and has a 16th century fort housing old palaces, temples and mosque. Founded by Raja Rai Singh the fort is distinguished by its long range of 37 pavilions, a line of balconies and aerial windows of varying designs. Enroute visit Karni Mata Rat Temple at Deshnoke. Arrive and check in at hotel. Stay overnight in Bikaner. FIFTH DAY - Bikaner After breakfast proceed for local sightseeing tour. Visit the Junagarh Fort, constructed between 1588 and 1593 by Raja Jai Singh, a general in the Mughal Emperor Akbar's army. The city is also called the Camel Country. Visit the camel-breeding farm - the only one in Asia. Later visit Lalgarh Palace built for Sir Ganga Singh, Maharaja of Bikaner, between 1902 and 1926. Spend evening at your own leisure. Stay overnight in Bikaner. SIXTH DAY - Bikaner – Pushkar – Ajmer (300 Kms/6 Hrs) After breakfast drive towards Ajmer. Enroute visit Pushkar best known for its Brahma Temple built in the 14th century standing on a high platform near Pushkar Lake. This is the only temple in the world where Lord Brahma - Creator of the Universe, is worshipped. Arrive and check in at hotel. Later visit the famous Dargah Sharif tomb of the Sufi saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti. Stay overnight in Ajmer.
