Anil Kumar R/o Bhadradri Kothagudem District, has filed a Complaint dated 27-02- 2017which was received by this Commission on 03-02-2017 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o The District Collector, Kothagudem, forwarded the 6(1) application under section 6(3) of the RTI Act to the Deemed PIOs / The Dy. Tahsildar, O/o The Tahsildar, 1.Pinapaka, 2.Manuguru, 3.Aswapuram, 4.Gundala, 5.Allapalli, 6.Aswapuram Mandals, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. 2. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 06-12-2016 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. 3. The Public Information Officer has transferred to (6) PIO’s U/s 6(3) on 21-12-2016 PIO, DT, Ashwapuram replied on 11-01-2017. 4. As the Complainant did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. The Complaint was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 11-06- 2018. The Case is called on 11-06-2018. The PIO is absent. The APIO’s of Pinapaka Mandal and Manuguru Mandal are present. The complainant is absent. The APIO, Pinapaka Mandal has submitted that a reply has been furnished on 04.05.2018 and the same was again informed to the complainant on 04.06.2018 which was acknowledged by the complainant on 10.06.2018. The APIO, Manugur Mandal has submitted that the information has been furnished to the complainant on 07.06.2018 which was acknowledged by the complainant.
