Membership of Joint Standing Committee on Intelligence (1) Mr B M Hadebe was appointed as a member of the Joint Standing Committee onIntelligence on 25 March 2021, in terms of section 2 of the Intelligence Services Oversight Act, 1994 (No 40 of 1994). 2. Membership of Assembly (1) The vacancy, which occurred owing to Mr M Waters vacating his seat in the National Assembly, has been filled with effect from 17 March 2021 by the nomination of Ms T Bodlani. 3. Request for late tabling (1) A letter, dated 15 March 2021, has been received from the Minister of Finance, requesting that the Co-Operative Banks Development Agency (CBDA) be allowed to submit its 2021/22 annual performance plan documents at a later date. The Speaker of the National Assembly and the Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces have also received copies of the letter. 4. Referral to Committees of papers tabled (1) The following paper is referred to the Portfolio Committee on Communications for consideration: (a) A letter, dated 16 March 2021, has been received from the Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, requesting that the Department of Communications and Digital Technologies and its State Owned Enterprises be allowed to submit their annual performance plans by no later than 31 March 2021.
