Membership of Joint Standing Committee on Intelligence (1) Mr B M Hadebe was appointed as a member of the Joint Standing Committee onIntelligence on 25 March 2021, in terms of section 2 of the Intelligence Services Oversight Act, 1994 (No 40 of 1994). 2. Membership of Assembly (1) The vacancy, which occurred owing to Mr M Waters vacating his seat in the National Assembly, has been filled with effect from 17 March 2021 by the nomination of Ms T Bodlani. 3. Request for late tabling (1) A letter, dated 15 March 2021, has been received from the Minister of Finance, requesting that the Co-Operative Banks Development Agency (CBDA) be allowed to submit its 2021/22 annual performance plan documents at a later date.
