Baker & Associates October 2002 The Plan Documents The Newtown planning process has yielded three separate but interrelated documents. Volume I - The Plan describes the goals, concepts, and strategies for the revitalization of the Newtown Area. Volume II - Implementation presents the detailed recommendations for action for the implementa- tion of the revitalization program. Volume III - Background Data contains important information that was gathered and analyzed as part of the planning process. Volumes I and II will be utilized by the community and City staff to guide the implementation of the Plan. Volume III will be used as a reference document for background data needs.
